Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy

We offer free and easy returns and exchanges. Refunds are offered for items returned within 30 days of your order date. Sale items are eligible for exchange only or a refund to store credit. Items must be returned to us unused, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. If a return does not meet our policy, it will be sent back to you.

Returns & Exchange Process

To start a Return or Exchange, head to https://www.nnakalab.com/a/returns and enter your order number and email address or phone number. Once confirmed, you can select which item(s) you’re sending back and print a prepaid return label.

Once your return has reached our warehouse, your refund will be initiated. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.

For exchanges, you are able to try a new color / size for any style when selecting which items you’re sending back. Please note, this is based on available inventory.

International Returns & Exchanges

For returns from countries outside the above, please contact our customer service team at support@nnakalab.com with the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return.

Once confirmed by our team, you will receive a prepaid DHL label via email for your return within 72 hours. Place the item(s) in the original packaging and (re)seal the package. Attach the pre-paid shipping label to the exterior and schedule a DHL pick up directly with DHL.

Refunds & Gift Cards

We are happy to provide store credit, eligible for one year, if gifts are returned to us within the normal 30 day return window unused, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
