If it's a material or manufacturing issue, we’ll repair it free of charge.
After one year:
We offer ongoing repairs at fair, set fees to keep your item in use. Once we receive your item, our team will evaluate whether it can be safely and effectively repaired.
Repair timeline: 4–6 weeks
Not covered: Stain removal, full leather restoration, or extensive reworking
If your item can’t be repaired, we’ll return it and refund any repair fees.
How to Start a Repair
