Naomi Nakajima

Founder

Naomi Nakajima is the founder of N-NAKA Lab, where she merges her background in business, engineering, and innovation to reimagine fashion through a future-focused, sustainable lens. A graduate of Drexel University, Naomi was actively involved in Women in Business, the Business Analytics Club, and Campus Activities Board.

She began her career at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., where she spent three years in the Innovation Development Program before pivoting to pursue her passion for fashion and environmental impact.

In 2024, she launched N-NAKA Lab to promote the adoption of next-generation materials and circular design within the fashion industry. Naomi is also a Remake Ambassador and volunteers with Fabscrap, continuing her commitment to ethical and sustainable fashion beyond her own brand.
